Returns & Exchanges

You can check your order while the courier is there. Please check all items before the courier leaves.

Returns and exchanges must be made while the courier is there. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the courier leaves.

If you return the order at delivery, you pay the delivery fee shown at checkout. Any amount already paid will be refunded after the delivery fee is paid. If the fee is still unpaid, it will be taken from the refund.
